An Anambra-based makeup artiste was reportedly stabbed to death while
out for an early morning jog in Awka, the state capital on Monday
February 11th.

According to a friend of the deceased, Chibuike Igwe, who shared the
story online, Oluchi who is a popular makeup artist in the state, was
stabbed to death by suspected armed robbers who carted away with her
phone

She died instantly. Her remains has been deposited at the mortuary.

Taking to his Facebook page to mourn her, Chibuike wrote

”What a wicked world. Can you believe she is no more. The pictures
attached to this post is my friend, a smart hard working lady with great
sense of humor .. She was stabbed to death while doing early morning
exercise. The persons/people that did this to you will know no peace
forever. #Blackmonday . Am still shocked after confirming you are no more. RIP OLUCHI
