According to details, the 70-year-old former governor had been on life
support since last Friday, at the First Cardiology Hospital, Ikoyi,
Lagos State after he slipped into coma following coronavirus
complications.
Ajimobi finally lost the battle, as he’s died on Thursday, according to findings by Sahara Reporters.
On Monday, a reliable source close to the ex-governor had told
SaharaReporters that Ajimobi had been on life support machine after he
slipped into a deep coma and may not make any recovery going by the
observations of medical experts around him.
Recall that his aides last week announced that he has recovered from the virus but was being treated for other ailment.
