Following the brutal killing of 22 years old Uwadia Omozuwa, Popular actress, Toyin Abraham has reacted.
Uwadia, was assaulted and killed at RCCG Church Ikpoba hill, Benin while
studying in the middle of the night has pulled in heaps of attention
via social media and not even the Nollywood stars are left out.
As indicated by Toyin Abraham, she is a mother so she knows the agony
and can feel the torment. The mother of one included that every young
lady needs most extreme protection.
“I know the pain. I feel the pain. As a mother I cannot look the other
way. Let’s stop targeting women. Women are not preys. The girl child
needs protection from all of us. Time for men and women of age and
responsibility to stand up. #StopRapingWomen #stopkillingourchildren”
she tweeted.
