Images are circulating on media platforms of how OGONI women in Rivers State staged a peaceful protest and asked
the Gov of Rivers State to release the manager of Prudent Hotel.
You would recall that the manager of Prudent Hotel, Eleme was arrested for flouting the Law as it was alleged that the hotel was still open after the state had ordered the closure of all hotels, this led to the demolition of the said hotel.
The women Protested half nude, threatened to go full blown naked if their son Dr Bariledum Azoroh is not released to them.
The manager Dr Bariledum Azoroh was reportedly on Sunday 24, May 20202 diagnosed with the novel covid-19 virus that’s become a pandemic.
